Jamie Radtke

CEO & President

Jamie Radtke brings over 30 years of leadership experience across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. Her expertise spans executive management, public relations, customer acquisition and engagement, marketing and communications, content development, and fundraising. Currently serving as the CEO of Global Media Outreach (GMO), Jamie previously held the role of Chief Growth Officer at the organization.

Before joining GMO, Jamie was the President & CEO of Explore God, leading the organization’s mission to help people explore their faith. Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, Jamie spent 20 years in the public sector, where she played a significant role in various initiatives, including her 2012 campaign for the United States Senate.

Jamie holds a Master of Public Policy from The College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jamie and her husband of over 25 years are passionate advocates for foster care and adoption. Together, they have four children, and their youngest was adopted from foster care at the age of 8.

Yvonne Carlson

Chief Technology Officer

Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and completed graduate work in Information Communications Technology. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Computer Society and serves in leadership positions with the NRB, FaithTech, and Missional AI.

Her work experience includes technology leadership positions in multiple industries, including broadcasting, global manufacturing, advertising, fundraising, and higher education.

Chief Marketing Officer

With almost 30 years of experience leading global brands through paradigm shifts, Kim Stiver blends art and science in her approach to strategic thinking, marketing planning, and brand-centric communications. As an award-winning brand storyteller and highly-regarded executive leader in integrated marketing, organizational communications, and key stakeholder relations, Kim joined Global Media Outreach in 2024 and leads a dynamic team focused on developing and managing sustainable creative and content experiences that capture, motivate, and nurture global audiences across multiple brand channels.

Kim’s leadership background and marketing expertise spans B2B, B2C, church, and nonprofit segments with a proven track record of evaluating market trends, conducting opportunity assessments, and launching go-to-market strategies for high-tech, subscription-based, and CPG products and services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Berry College and resides in Northern California. With a passion for helping people discover the unparalleled satisfaction and joy of abiding in a deeply aligned relationship with Jesus, Kim has continually served for decades as a teacher, devotional writer, and spiritual growth mentor focused on bridging the gap between Sunday morning experiences and the realities of daily living.

Tom Seely

Vice President of Program

Tom Seely has over two decades of experience in digital strategy and ministry leadership, specializing in digital marketing, strategic planning, as well as online evangelism and discipleship. Since joining Global Media Outreach in 2022, he has led the Outreach Team, overseeing all paid advertising efforts for the ministry globally.

Prior to Global Media Outreach, Tom served for 29 years with Cru, a global ministry dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission. He spent 18 years in Budapest, Hungary, where he was Director of Digital Strategies for Central & Eastern Europe. In this role, he helped establish more than 10 online ministry teams across Eastern and Central Europe.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. He currently resides in New York City with his wife of 34 years, and they have four adult children.

Timothy Marquart

Vice President of Technology

Timothy Marquart is a technology and analytics leader dedicated to building the scalable digital infrastructure required for global Kingdom impact. As Vice President of Technology, Tim oversees engineering, platform delivery, and data strategy, ensuring that GMO’s technological “science” remains a powerful vessel for the “art” of human connection.

Tim’s career is marked by a track record of enterprise-scale transformation. Prior to joining the ministry, he led advanced analytics for Verizon’s Global Services division, managing teams that informed billions of dollars in business decisions. He also held engineering leadership roles at Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil. Tim holds dual master’s degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)—an MBA from Sloan and an SM in Mechanical Engineering.

A long-time friend of the ministry, Tim served on GMO’s Technology Advisory Board for two years before joining the executive team. He is particularly passionate about the redemptive potential of technology, viewing GMO’s proprietary PATH platform as a historic tool for fulfilling the Great Commission in a digital age.

Tim’s own faith journey began in college when he encountered the evidence for the Gospel through The Case for Christ. Today, he is motivated by the “5-Star Strategy” to help millions of seekers move from initial curiosity to flourishing faith. Tim resides in Texas with his wife of 15 years and their three children.

Senior Solutions Director

Rich joined Global Media Outreach with extensive expertise in program and product management, along with nine years as a missionary and pastor in Japan. At GMO, he as served as product lead and also led key process improvement projects to streamline operations. His background includes leadership roles at Fortune 500 tech companies and leading fintech organizations, where he successfully managed product offerings and drove strategic initiatives.

Rich is passionate about making a lasting impact, blending his business acumen with his heart for ministry to support the mission of sharing the message of Jesus Christ.

Doug Gillquist

Senior Director of Development

Doug joined GMO in 2023 and has an extensive background working in relational fundraising for over 25 years. Doug also brings leadership experience from his time on staff at Focus on the Family, UNW Media, Family Research Council and Prison Fellowship Ministries.

Doug received his degree from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, Minnesota where he was also eventually employed and helped in growing the listener support of UNW’s growing Christian Radio network. Doug and his wife Melanie have three married daughters and now three grandsons. He is passionate about pouring into people, including the ultimate truth found in Jesus Christ and in seeing people grow in their Christian faith.

Senior Director of People and Operations

Laura J (LJ) Landmann brings over 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience aligning strategy, finance, operations, philanthropy, and people to advance mission-driven impact. Before joining Global Media Outreach, LJ served as Vice President of Finance & Operations at BioLogos, where she helped grow the organization from a startup to a sustainable nonprofit by strengthening systems, streamlining processes, and building infrastructure for long-term impact. She thrives at the intersection of vision and execution—developing high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and delivering results.

She is passionate about aligning operations with Kingdom impact, fostering cultures where people and mission thrive, and using her strategic insight and hands-on experience to help advance GMO’s mission to share the transformative power of Christ’s love globally. LJ holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Kent (UK) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Westmont College. Guided by her faith, she strives to reflect the love and truth of Jesus in her work, relationships, and decisions. Outside of work, LJ enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters.

Scott Seaman has experience in the investment management industry and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

John Crawford is retired from Intel and holds 52 patents in computer engineering. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a fellow at the Computer History Museum. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University.
